This Privacy Notice explains what we do with your data, whether we are in the process of providing you with a quotation, answering your enquiry, confirming a booking or just keeping in regular communication with you about our services, or you are visiting our website.

Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting and safeguarding your data privacy rights.
This Privacy Notice applies to the personal data of our Website Users, Enquirers, Customers, Participants, Employees, Suppliers, and other people whom we may contact in an emergency. It also applies to the emergency contacts of our Staff.

We collect and use your information under Article 6 (1)(a) the General Data Protection Regulations 2016/679 you give us consent; for example, when you ask for a quotation, Article 6 (1)(b) because processing is necessary for the performance of a contract and special category data which relates to pre-existing health conditions under Article 9 (2)(h) for the provision of health treatment or management.
We store your data securely. We put in place appropriate measures that are designed to prevent unauthorised access to, and misuse of, your personal data. Enquiries and quotes will be kept for up to three years depending on the nature of the correspondence. We hold adult data for six years from the date of their visit and children’s data until the youngest in the visiting group reach the age of 21, after this data will be deleted or securely destroyed.
We routinely share information with our freelance instructors and approved suppliers of services to ensure they are able to fulfil elements of the contract. We will not share your data with any other party without your expressed consent.
We do not share information about you with anyone without your consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so.
Under data protection legislation, individuals, parents and children have the right to request access to information we hold about them. This is called a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR).
